Edmond, OK

Here in Edmond, Oklahoma We were hired to frame a 4k sqft house with 2 floors, 9 & 12-foot ceilings, 3 car garage with tall roof pitches ranging between 8/12 to 14/12 verry challenging combining the roofs with each other. The house is a custom home made to special order by the owner.

When working with a costume home, you encounter problems with discission making between window placement, Rooms Dimensions not what expected from prints too the framework, adding or eliminating dormers, windows, walls, etc. "Cosmetic discissions" and here we understand the need for perfection, it's your home.! We want you to enjoy your dream house, so with that in mind we are flexible with changes to give you that peace of mind. of not making the right discission.

In this project has been one of the biggest buildings that we have built in collaboration with @BlackWaterConstruction

Its +40k sqft building four stories high with roughly 150 units. this building was a built challenging due to the limited space we had. this building didn't have parking lot so we had to b considering to the business around the site Luckly are neighbors we're nice enough to work with us in letting us borrow a bit of space for are crane and equipment...
